Design, comfort and elegance were mandates put forth by the client on this project. The building was to serve as a dental and medical facility, with a unique challenge of being an end unit of a commercial complex. The use of a modern elevation with its play of textured metal finishes, uses the architecture to not only serve as a brand identity for the project, but it cleverly solves the challenge of how to bring patients into the building from a side entrance. The common reception area in the centre of the space cleverly divides the dental portion from the medical offices. Use of natural wood finishes and playful colours creates a unique look that puts patients at ease.
